I loved the warm welcome from Sally and Robin as soon as we arrived. The Double Room with En-Suite felt fresh and clean. Beautiful mountain views made waking up a pleasure. Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of delicious options, including homemade banana bread on arrival. Each morning's feast was plentiful, with a great variety. I appreciated the thoughtful dining table setup in a lovely area. The only downside was the location outside of Portree, which required us to plan ahead for dinner. A little drive to town meant we had to think about drink options, especially in Scotland. But overall, the fine views and excellent hospitality were nice.

Cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation after a long day exploring. The mountain view from the room added an element of peace to our stay.
The absence of a cooked breakfast was surprising. A proper Scottish breakfast is usually expected. The location is outside of town, meaning driving is necessary to find dinner options, which complicates things under Scotland's strict drink-driving laws.

Couples looking for a cozy getaway
We were greeted so warmly by the owners, we even got homemade banana bread every day, can't beat that! The shower had amazing pressure, like a symbol of a strong man's spirit.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what? Worth every penny.

It was just a fitting option for a city break in Portree with the best value for money ratio. Appreciated the mountain view from the room, a beautiful way to start the day. Be mindful that dining options require a drive, especially if you're looking to enjoy a drink.

Enjoying fresh bread rolls and daily homemade treats made each afternoon good. A bit of noise from the surrounding area occasionally interrupted the tranquility, and being outside town required planning for dinner reservations. The amazing views while dining on fresh fruit and rich yogurt were worth it.
